Hilary is the best! I’m really happy to have her in my life. She really cares about you… She’s very real that’s why I appreciate her.”

Hilary challenged my thinking in ways that have me excited about life. I have homework that I started working on immediately. Very excited about the changes I can make in my perceptions, I feel liberated.”

Hilary really cares, I don’t feel like a number with her. She took time to call me during the week for a few minutes because she knew I was going through a difficult time.”

“Hilary is always attentive and resourceful, and she doesn’t make me feel weird about sharing my thoughts! Thanks Hilary!”

“I was treated by Hilary for six months to deal with my agoraphobia of going somewhere as far as a twenty minute drive away, and was challenged every week with what she knew I could do instead of just permitting me to do what I felt. If I didn’t pursue my help to manage my discomforts I probably would not be enrolled in local university as a full time student to now continue to progress to my degree. It definitely did change the path I’m on and she has given me the tools required to keep myself on track instead of worrying over things that were mostly up in my head.

My son’s progress was remarkable during his six months of treatment with Hilary. He started being anxious about having to go out even once a week to frequently going out by choice. His anxiety levels were greatly reduced and, with hard work, from both him and Hilary, he can now manage to pursue the opportunities that come his way and, as a result, he can live a more stress free life than before.

Hilary helped me recognize the thought patterns that may increase the anxiety and again, provided valuable tools to help change or manage these thought patterns in order for me to continue my day more peacefully. During the few months of counselling with Hilary, she has remained professional and never judgemental. Thanks to her counselling, I am more equipped to deal with my recurring worries. I recommend seeing Hilary for psychotherapy counselling.”

“Hilary treated my son for severe OCD. She had a wonderful way of putting him at ease allowing him to open up easily to discuss very difficult situations. She was very capable in providing the tools he needed and guiding him to help him overcome OCD. She is a very genuine and caring person and excellent at what she does. Thank you Hilary for helping our family!”
