We do. Since assessment work involves several steps, we regularly schedule new clients for the initial interview to determine whether further testing is recommended.

A full ADHD assessment involves up to 20 hours of professional work.  It involves multiple testing sessions, scoring, and a comprehensive written report.

It starts with a 90-minute clinical interview. Depending on the assessment type, the fee ranges from $320 to $370.

If the clinician determines that a full assessment is required, you will be advised whether the focus should be on ADHD only or include a more comprehensive learning and/or mental health evaluation.

The cost of the full assessment (excluding the initial interview) ranges from $1760 to $3330, depending on the type of assessment and the time needed to complete it.

Payment is made in installments for each stage of the assessment. It must be completed before your session begins and can be submitted online using the link sent to you. An official receipt is emailed once the payment is processed.

We issue official receipts for insurance claims. Check with your insurance provider for coverage details.

The assessment cost may also count as a tax-deductible medical expense on your provincial and federal income tax returns.

You must provide more than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise an administrative fee equal to the cost of the missed session will be charged. Each appointment confirmation includes a cancellation link that lets you cancel online if needed. This link also allows you to choose a reason for the cancellation and add a message for the clinician if you wish.
