Talking to the therapist before your first session is not part of the service that we offer, as meeting face-to-face is really the best way to assess the fit. During the first session, you will get to know your therapist.  If for whatever reason you do not feel that it’s a good fit, we’d be happy to switch you to another member of our team, no hard feelings.
