Code of Conduct for Client-Staff Phone Conversations
At Blake Psychology, we are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients and staff. Our team of dedicated professionals works tirelessly to help you on your journey toward improved mental health and well-being. As we continue to serve you, we want to ensure that our interactions, both in-person and over the phone, are respectful and free from harassment.
In order to maintain a positive atmosphere, we kindly request that all clients adhere to the following guidelines when interacting with our staff over the phone:
1. Treat staff with respect and courtesy: Please remember that our staff is here to assist and support you. Disrespectful or aggressive language will not be tolerated, and the conversation may be terminated if such behaviour persists.
2. Understand and respect boundaries: Our staff is trained to maintain professional boundaries, and it is essential that clients respect these limits.
3. Report concerns: If you feel that you have been mistreated by a staff member or have any concerns about the conduct of our staff, please bring it to our attention immediately. You can contact us here to report any issues or concerns.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the termination of therapy services. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all.
