Attending therapy is completely voluntary. You are welcome to book an appointment to see if there is a connection between yourself and your psychologist, and to give therapy a chance to see what it can do for you. If you find that therapy is not right for you, you are free to discontinue treatment at any time, or to request a referral to another source of help.
