I work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in English, French and Portuguese. I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Concordia University. I have worked in clinical and school settings. I have also participated in psychosocial work through filmmaking in three First Nations communities.

My clinical interests include: depression, anxiety, bullying (including cyberbullying), behavioral difficulties, anger, social skills, multicultural issues, adaptation difficulties/transitions, grief, self-esteem, assertiveness, perfectionism, relationship difficulties (couples, friends, family), separation/divorce, identity, sexual orientation, professional challenges, caregiver-related difficulties, and parent coaching.

I also work in education, environment, and ecosocial well-being sectors.

I am a member in good standing of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec. My theoretical approaches are primarily cognitive-behavioral, ACT, and systemic-interactional.
