Licensed Clinical Psychologist with the Order of Psychologists of Quebec, OPQ #: 12808-16

I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology (PhD) at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and am a registered psychologist with l’Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ). I have worked at the Douglas Mental Health Institute, the Jewish General Hospital, JFK Hospital, and in Montreal-based private clinics, treating a wide range of presenting problems with a diverse clientele.

I provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, and my approach is collaborative, exploratory, and goal-directed. By focusing as much on the development of personal strengths as on the alleviation of distress, I assist my clients to access their own inner capacity to grow and heal. I tailor my approach, respecting the wisdom, cultural background and lived experience of each client.

Drawing upon the strengths of several evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic/Existential, Mindful Self-Compassion, Emotion-Focused and Mindfulness, I emphasize the acquisition of skills that can be used outside sessions to maintain gains and reduce vulnerability in the long term.

I also hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Painting & Drawing), valuing creativity in my clinical practice.

It would be my privilege to join you on your unique journey towards well-being.
